This website and calculator

This public site introduces KCO Partners LLC. It has no accounts, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The coordination-cost calculator computes in your browser without sending or saving your inputs.

Information when you contact us

If you email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company and message. We use that information to respond and discuss your inquiry. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

If you request a free written plan by email, we receive only what you choose to include (your name, company website and note, along with the email address you send from), use it only to prepare and send your free plan, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing omar@kcopartners.com.

Appointment booking

Booking links open Google Calendar’s appointment page. When you book, Google processes your name, email address and appointment details, and KCO receives the booking to arrange your call. Google Meet provides video conferencing. Google’s privacy policy applies to its booking service; this site does not embed the booking page or send your calculator entries to it.

Hosting and email services

Vercel provides website hosting, Cloudflare provides DNS services, and Google Workspace handles our business email. Hosting and network services may process technical information, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the service. This notice does not describe every cookie or log that these providers may use under their own policies.

Business research

KCO also maintains an access-restricted workspace for company research and outreach preparation. It may contain business details from public sources, source links, observations, contact roles and review history. That workspace is separate from this public website. Research is not a statement of your interest in our services or your consent to receive messages.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry and business-research information as needed for its stated purpose and legitimate recordkeeping. You can ask about information relating to you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us not to contact you by emailing omar@kcopartners.com. We may retain the minimum information needed to honor a do-not-contact request or meet applicable obligations. The handling of a request depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
